Amara's work begins where the thinking quiets and the body starts to speak. Through conscious breathwork, somatic awareness, and long, unhurried silences, she creates room for the nervous system to soften and for a person to feel like themselves again.
Each session moves at the pace of trust. There is space to arrive, to be met without fixing, and to let the breath do what it has always known how to do. People come carrying weight and tend to leave a little lighter, a little more here.
The breath is always here, waiting. We only have to return to it.
